About returns, defective products, and cancellations
[We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons]

Many carriers will handle the products from Japan to your place, and we cannot recognize the delivery environment in each country. Also, many anime goods are fragile. We will do our best to transport the products safely, but we would be honored if you, as a customer, also take account minor damages to the outer box etc.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons. However, if the product is found to be defective due to reasons attributable to our company, such as those listed below, we will accept the return or exchange of the product. Please let us know within 7 days after receiving the product from "Contact us" on this site. Please note that we may ask you to send photos or videos in order to check the status of defective or damaged items.

・In case you receive a different product 
・In case the quantity is different
・In case you find an obvious defect is found in the product
Other cases where defects occur due to our mishandling

Please note that if you do not contact us within 7 days, otherwise, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.

Please note that in the following cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if it is within 7 days after the product arrives. 

  1. In case it has been used
  2. In case it is unpackaged
  3. In case you are responsible for damage or dirt
  4. In case the damage is generally tolerable, which will not interfere the use or significantly reduce its value.
  5. In case you no longer own the product (discarded, sold, etc.)

In the event that we are unable to provide a replacement or a substitute, we will refund the equivalent amount. 
We will bear the main costs required for returning and resending the product.

Please note that in case of pre-ordered and requested products, it may take time to exchange defective products as they are generally made-to-order.

We will use the designated payment method incase of refund.
